面试实战经验总结

　以下是我对面试经验的一些总结，有些同学自身能力也挺强，简历也不错，但面试的时候却没有发挥，着实可惜。我觉得应届毕业生面试有以下几个基本点：

　1、面试的过程就是通过与面试官的交流，让他形成看法，得出结论认为你适合他们的公司，他们的岗位。就这么简单。那么你就要想想如何做到了。其实就是把你卖出去，所以一定要知道买你这个劳动力产品的客户（也就是面试官）是怎么想的，你面试过程中所作的一方面是在展示你自己，但更重要的是要让面试官形成一种对你有利的看法和结论，你就胜利了。

　2、自信最重要。应届生没有太多的工作实践经验，有的只是你的potiential,公司都是从你的过去来预见你的未来。而这个potential很大程度上只是从你这次面试中形成的，因此自信及其重要。很多同学跟面试官交流的过程中都不敢看人家一眼的背诵自己的东西，这样其实你已经失败了。自信就是说你给人的精神面貌、言谈举止，这直接影响到你的第一印象分。做到自信可以有以下几个方面把握：

　a 要有很自然的微笑，自信的微笑。

　b 要有眼神交流，可以使用body language。

　c 声音和语速要适当，声音太小表明你没有信心，语速适当证明你游刃有余。

　d 主动握手，主动交流。记得我第一次去exxonmobile，主动去和老板说nice to see you again, 并且告诉他对他们的workshop非常impressive，结果我们的面试变成了很开心的聊天。

　3、面试前做足够的准备。准备什么？

　一、看看以前的面筋。我习惯面试前把以前面筋从四大bbs（北大清华复旦交大）及Hiall上摘抄下来，打印，然后晚上洗脚的时候看看。把以前问过的问题全部挑出来，看看我该怎么回答才能让面试官信服。（当然不是让你编谎话）

　二、准备对这个职位和公司的问题。如何证明你适合这个职位，这个公司——这个问题永远都是面试官考虑的，所以好好准备。查一查公司背景以及职位的qualification，然后想想自己到底怎么应对。比如说面sales，无非就是考察你是否有销售的能力潜质和passion，那就就至少要准备一些这方面的case。

　三、准备一些别人看你简历就一定会问的问题。比如：你的背景别人challenge你，你学化学的，为什么来做audit？为什么做银行？为什么做marketing？这些都是必然他们想知道的，回答的好则加分，不好就肯定直接被fire掉。再比如，你研究生换了专业，为什么换这个专业阿？这些别人会challenge你的问题，在面试前都要有所准备，如果能够说服面试官则可以变被动为主动。

　四、自我介绍要好好准备。大家都会自我介绍，但给hr的反应却完全不一样。我觉得自我介绍做到以下几点：a自我介绍要突出你的特点，你的经历、背景就是适合这个职位，适合你们公司。比如你面sales，你就要加一两句我做过什么样的销售经验，提高了哪些能力。b自我介绍不是背诵，要背诵完以后以一个语速适当而自信的语调show出来。让人觉得你很自然。c 自我介绍很重要一个功能是你说的内容中引出下面hr要问你的问题，必然你说了自我介绍中说自己做了什么公司实习如何好，实际是为了让hr下面问你一下关于这方面的问题。d 自我介绍的英文发音很重要，如果你发音不错，面试官会觉得你英语底子不错，对你英语的第一印象会很好。其实你也就那样，哈哈

　上面是面试的四个基本点，以下是我对face-to-face面试的一些经验：

　face to face的面试其实关键就是要在短时间内吸引对方，一旦对方对你没了兴趣，你就失败了。大家都会说各种各样的自己的经历，但是有些人被fire了，有些人却总是能晋级。我觉得要做到吸引对方，让对方认为你适合要做到以下几点：

　1、交流而不是背诵。

　相当一部分同学背诵了很多例子，到时候被给hr或经理听，结果被fire掉了，还觉得自己表现很不错。其实就是缺乏交流。交流就是你一句我一句，你每说完一句，要让对方有listen to reflect,这样才叫成功。我每次对hr说话的时候不仅会有eye contact，还要看她的反应，如果她皱着眉头没听懂你说什么，你还再继续，你直接被fire了。但这时你要放松，换个说法解释一下 I mean...that is to say就可以了。如果你和面试官交流的很好，说明你赢得了一半机会。

　2、做一个好的story teller. 大家都会说自己的case，但有些人讲的乏味无聊，平淡无奇，有些人却吸引面试官。区别就在于你是不是一个好的story teller.大家都会讲teamwork的例子，都会将leadership的例子。一般都说我在团学联或社团担任什么部长主席，组织了各种各样的活动，最后结果怎么样。这样的case陈述方法真的无法让你在众多candidate中脱颖而出。做个好的story teller可以从以下几个方面：a case要说的.曲折一些，要善于“摆谱”。比如你说你做一个活动，通过你们的努力省了多少钱。其实你不如告诉她，我们在这个活动的时候遇到了很大的麻烦，她就会问你什么麻烦啊，没钱呗。。。她就想问你那你们怎么解决的阿。这个时候面试官以及被你吸引，你在把你的团队做的方案一点一点说出，说到她点头或疑问或交流，你就胜利了。哈哈，因为她已经把你和其他candidate在无形中区别对待了：）

　3、回答问题的技巧。很多同学在回答问题的时候，不知道人家问了些问题，回答得云里雾里的。回答问题技巧总结如下：a、answer directly切中要害，否则面试官会觉得你没听懂他问你什么。b well structured 要组织好语句

　在说，说得有条理一些。 c 把key point highlight出来firsly ,seconly...这样会比较清楚。d 最后一点要真诚，不懂的就承认，多交流多说自己的opinion，但如何你在忽悠人家，一旦人家发现你就go home了

　4、关于英文的face to face面。其实除了很牛的人以外，大家英语都差不多，只是有人练习多一些，有人很少而已。英语只有能交流即可，如果你英语不够好，simple words simle sentence就是最好的武器，另外一个利器就是自信。不用害怕，因为害怕也没有用，自己英语本来就差。所以死马当活马医反而有效，当然对自己要回答的问题多加以英文练习也是很重要的。

　5、face to face面试中的危机自救。当面试官无精打采，或对你challenge了一个问题，或声音很小，或对你不感兴趣的时候。你就要拿出你的精气神了，因为一旦你接下来还不努力就面临出局。自救的方法有，让challenge变得很smooth，必如人家问你如果你在培训期间不符合我们的要求，我们要你fire掉了，你会怎么办？我一般这个时候首先要想想怎么回答，另外就是要把气氛搞得舒服一些，但是仍然要表现得你很在意这份职位，而不是不care要走人，表明你已经从中吸取了教训并不会犯错。然后我会自信的告诉她，我来贵公司是要做一个excellence的，而不是做average employee的。其实一句话就让别人对你有信心了。 而对于无精打采和对你没兴趣的面试官的时候，一般要主动自报家门 ，大谈特谈自己为什么渴望这份工作，为什么适合这份工作。总之，危机来临，打气精神，从容面对。

Q:果酸是否愈用皮肤愈薄、容易过敏？

A:长期使用果酸，并不会使皮肤愈用愈薄，，因为果酸实际上可使整体的皮肤增厚，一方面增加真皮层的厚度，一方面使表皮层最外层的老废的角质细胞脱落，使皮肤经过这双重作用变得更紧实光滑有弹性，除非是不当的高浓度果酸换肤或不正确的使用果酸，不然一般果酸保养根本不可能会使皮肤变薄.

Q:使用果酸会刺激、脱皮，是过敏反应吗？

A:传统的果酸AHA甘醇酸，大部分人都会有轻微刺痛、痒的感觉，大约在一分钟左右，这种感觉会消失，这是因为甘醇酸的分子量小，酸碱值低的原因，若有持续性的刺痛、微红则应停用，让皮肤恢复正常后，减少使用量与次数，例如2-3天擦一次，一直等到皮肤耐受性建立后再恢复每天使用，若消费者对使用果酸AHA甘醇酸，还是不能适应，可以用新一代PHA多重水基果酸或者Bionic系列，兼具温和、保湿、抗老化的特性，长期使用的效果与传统AHA甘醇酸的效果不但相同而且有更多好处。果酸的功能就是降低角质细胞的聚合力，让老旧细胞脱落，所以会有稍微脱屑的感觉，这是正常的。

Q:果酸可长期使用吗？不使用有反效果吗？

A:果酸分为治疗性果酸AHA，例如甘醇酸，此果酸的分子量小、效果明显。但着重于治疗，于皮肤的症状改善后，可选择长期保养用的果酸PHA多重水基果酸，可让皮肤维持最健康、最亮丽的状态。若停止使用果酸保养品后，是不会有反效果产生的，皮肤会依自然的老化速度，出现老化症状，不可能一停用就立即变老。

Q:使用果酸有没有光毒性？

A:果酸不会产生光毒性的问题，但因老化或问题性皮肤经过果酸的治疗后，皮肤因老化角质脱落，容易被阳光晒伤，所以在用果酸产品同时，一定要注意防晒。

Q:使用果酸后可以用VC吗？

A:果酸与VC的功能是相辅相成的，果酸对老化角质层的代谢有很显着的改善效果，而左旋维他命C对真皮层胶原的增生和抗氧化有很好的功效，一般建议两者早晚分开使用，白天用VC产品，晚上用果酸产品

使用注意事项：

使用果酸的大忌为没耐性，想要太快见到效果，其实没有任何外用的护肤品可以马上见效，建议对粉刺豆豆3-6 个月为治疗期，对细纹毛孔就需要6-12 个月。粉刺豆豆可以配合a 酸，水杨酸等等 作配搭（不可同时使用）抗老可以和左旋c，a醇，胜肽，生长因子等等作配搭。不过在使用果酸时期尽量简化护肤品，做好保湿及防晒，不要过度去角质。
